摘 要:断路器在关合或开断系统的随机相位电压和电流时,通常会产生幅值、频率很高的涌流和过电压,给断路器和电力系统的其它一次设备带来负面影响。同步开断技术是一种能有效抑制断路器操作暂态影响的措施,其实现需要合理设置断路器控制系统的分、合闸相位并保证断路器的动作精度。分析电容器组投切的暂态过程;论述不同因素对真空断路器分、合闸时间的影响;设计一种修正断路器动作分散性的位置伺服控制单元;通过仿真计算研究永磁机构的动态特性。基于上述研究成功研制了一种基于伺服控制技术的10 k V相控真空断路器,将分、合闸操作的动作精度控制在±0.5 ms,保证断路器动作时间的精确性。The inrush current and overvohage with high amplitude and frequency would occur when the circuit breakers interrupt or close under the random current and voltage. It brings negative impacts on circuit breakers and other primary electric equipment. An effective measure to repress the transient process caused by circuit breakers' operation is synchronous breaking technique. It requires the circuit breakers to keep favorable movement accuracy and set appropriate phase for moving moment. The transient process of capacitors switching is analyzed in this paper. The operation time influence for vacuum circuit breaker cause by various factors is discussed. Dynamic characteristics of permanent magnetic actuator are analyzed by software, and a servo control system is presented to modify the dispersion of operation time. A 10kV phase-control vacuum circuit breaker based on the servo control technique is developed based on the above-mentioned research, and the accuracy of operation time is controlled within ±0.5ms, which would keep the circuit breaker operated accurately.
