摘　　要：党的十八大报告把"立德树人"确立为教育的根本任务。然而,如何立德始终是一个理论难题,也是一个现实困境。尤其是在当今时代,要真正实现"立德树人"的根本任务,必须寻找影响道德滑坡的根本原因,从根本上解决制约道德素质提升的"三对"关系。The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC established the fundamental task of education is ＂morality education＂. However, how to establish morality is not only a theoreti- cal problem but also a real dilemma. Especially in modern era, to achieve the basic task of ＂morality education＂ must find out the prime cause that affects the moral decrease and funda- mentally solve the ＂three pairs of relationship＂ which restricts the promotion of moral quality.
