摘 要:针对韶钢3 450mm中厚板生产线船板成材率低的问题进行了分析,通过大量的现场跟踪发现造成船板成材率低的主要原因:(1)船板的厚度偏差偏上限;(2)船板凸度偏大;(3)船板切边量过大;(4)生产过程中大量短板收不到。为此,对工艺进行了改进:(1)严格船板厚度偏差控制工艺,将船板的厚度偏差控制在0.2mm以内;(2)设计了新的工作辊辊型曲线,改进了弯辊力使用工艺并缩短了轧辊的使用周期,有效控制了成品船板凸度,由0.3mm控制到了0.1mm以内;(3)优化了板坯长度,减少了短板收不到的情况。采用上述措施后,船板成材率由88%提升到了91%以上,经济效益显著。The main causes of low yield rate of the ship plate produced by 3 450 mm mill of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.were found through a lot of field tracking.There were four main reasons.The first was big thickness tolerance.The second was large plate crown.The third was large value of edg cutting.The fourth was that a lot of short board could not be received.According to these four main reasons,some process measures were proposed.The first,strictly controlling of thickness tolerance,the thickness tolerance was controlled within 0.2mm.The second,designing a new work roll shape curve,improved bending force using technology and shorten the cycle rolls,and these measures had effectively reduced the value of the crown,which was from0.3mm down to less than 0.1mm.The third,ship plate designed trimming amount was decreased from 80 mm to 70 mm.The fourth,optimizing the slab length,reducing the short board.Through the above process measures,the yield rate of ship plate increased from 88%to more than 91%,and created significant economic benefits.
