中小型电视台高性价比高标清同播系统设计

摘　　要：中国目前约有3 000多个中小电视台,其中绝大部分是市县级台,高标准播出系统对于中小电视台特别是县级台来说只是奢侈品。系统采取2+4模式高性价比设计,完成2个高标清同播频道,4个辅助标清播出频道的播出,采用专用高性能视频服务器与4K切换台技术,确保系统核心技术指标。系统成本约150万元,实现了低成本投入,高标清全数字化同步播出。此系统已在实际使用中得到检验,是一套具备普及意义的高性价比高标清同步播系统,操作简单,几乎可以无人值守,可靠性高,应急预案完备,在中小电视台具备实际推广意义。China has more than 3000 small and medium-sized TV stations. Most of which are city or county level stations. The high standard broadcast system is a luxury for small and medium-sized TV stations, especially for the county level stations. This system adopts 2 ＋ 4 mode to complete 2 HD ＆ SD simulcast channels, 4 auxiliary SD channels. To use of high performance video server and 4K switch platform technology, can ensure that the core technology indicators. All cost about 1500 thousands yuan RMB, and the investment cost is low, all digital HD ＆ SD simulcast. This system has been in actual use test, is a have the universal significance of the high price of HD ＆ SD simulcast system, simple operation, almost unattended, high reliability, contingency plans to complete, in small and medium-sized television have practical significance for popularization.
