摘  要:受复杂海洋环境因素影响,跨海长线桥梁建设面临诸多难题,承台墩身全预制的装配化施工技术更具挑战。采用钢套箱方案,配以分离式托盘柔性止水技术,实现预制承台与桩基的水下连接是一种全新工艺。研究表明,双峰GINA止水带压缩可实现钢套箱与预制承台间止水。托盘在顶升压缩GINA止水带后可实现托盘与预制墩台底面间水平止水;试验证明,0.4 MPa的胶囊压力可实现20m水深以内托盘与桩基护筒间竖向止水;两者共同间接实现预留孔与钢护筒间止水。多重止摆措施与监测技术可确保预留孔混凝土浇筑质量。Long sea-crossing bridge construction faces many problems and challenges due to complicated marine environment,especially the assembly of prefabricated pile cap.It is a type new technology to realize the underwater connection of prefabricated pile caps and pile foundation by means of steel caisson and combining separate try flexible sealing technology.Studies show that bimodal GINA water-stop compression is helpful to seal the gap between steel caissons with prefabricated pile cap.After jacking and compressing GINA water-stop,the horizontal sealing of the gap between tray and prefabricated pier underside can be achieved,and the vertical sealing can also be achieved by 0.4MPa capsule pressure.Both methods can realize indirectly the sealing of the gap between reserved hole and steel casing.Multiple bracing measures and monitoring technology can ensure the concrete pouring quality into the reserved hole.
