摘　　要：Nd:YAG激光具有组织穿透深度大、血液凝固效果佳、杀菌效果好等特点,用于牙周病治疗时可快速控制炎症,促进新附着形成,具有广泛的应用前景。本文就Nd:YAG激光对牙周组织各部分的影响以及临床应用的研究进展作一综述。Nd： YAG laser has the advantage of deep tissue penetration,good hemostasis effect and sterilizing effect. It is widely used in periodontal treatment because it can control inflammation and promote periodontal tissue attachment formation. This review summarizes the application and effects of Nd： YAG laser in the treatment of periodontal diseases.
