摘 要:以汽车发动机冷却风扇叶片为研究对象,采用精密柔性三坐标测量臂获取风扇表面点云数据,利用Imageware和Pro/E软件对点云进行数据处理、曲面重构,并对重构模型精度进行分析。基于动量-叶素理论和伯努利方程理论计算得出入流角对风扇气动力等性能的影响规律;运用CFD软件对重构风扇内部流场进行数值仿真,并分析仿真结果的影响因素。通过对再设计前后风扇的气动性能比较,验证了将叶型设计为椭圆率是4.2的椭圆线的必要性和可行性。The object of this study was the automobile engine cooling fan blades. Surface point cloud data of the fan was obtained using precision flexible three coordinate measuring arm. The data were analyzed in Imageware and Pro / E to process data, reconstruct surface and analyze the model precision. The influence rule of inflow angle to fan aerodynamic performance was calculated based on momentum-blade element theory and bernoulli's equation. The flow field inside the redesigned fan was simulated using the CFD software, and the factors that affected the simulation results were analyzed. The blade profile should be designed to be an oval with the ellipticity of 4.2. The necessity and feasibility were verified by comparing the front redesigned aerodynamic performance with the rare side.
