摘  要:针对主、副簧悬架刚度分配的方法进行了深入探讨。从机械振动和静力学的角度,对主副簧悬架刚度分配的比例中项法和平均载荷法得来的原理做了分析,比较得:采用比例中项法设计时,悬架振动频率总变化量要小一些,采用平均载荷法时,副簧开始作用前后振动频率变化量较小。在实际的设计过程中,要根据实际情况,即货车常用载荷范围选择合适的设计方法,使得货物受到最好的保护,达到最小的损失。In this paper, the method of distributing the stiffness of the dominant and assistant spring suspensions was discussed thoroughly. The paper analyzed the principle of two methods, geometric average method and average load method, for the stiffness distribution of dominant and assistant spring suspensions from the perspective of the mechanical vibration and static mechanics. A conclusion was carried out that the total change of the suspension vibration frequency was smaller if the geometric average method was adopted. However, the vibration frequency variation was smaller before and after the deputy reed was functional while using the average load method. Therefore, in actual projects, we should choose the appropriate design method according to the actual situation to make sure goods best protected and smallest lost.
