摘 要:相对于两参数换档规律,动态三参数(车速、油门开度、加速度)换档规律结合了发动机的动态特性,车辆的动力性能有了较大改善,但车辆质量变化时,车辆动力性能下降问题比较突出。为了解决动力性下降的问题,在动态三参数的基础上,加入质量控制参数,应用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立电控机械式自动变速箱(AMT)车辆动力性换档规律整车仿真模型,并与配备三参数换档规律车辆的动力性能进行比较分析,结果表明:四参数换档规律车辆动力性明显提高,验证了创新方案的合理性和优越性。Relative to the two parameters shift schedule, the dynamic performance of engine is considered in the dynamic three parameters (speed, throttle opening, acceleration ) shift schedule, as a result, the vehicle's power performance is improved, however, when the vehicle total quality changes, the vehicle power performance degradation problem is prominent. In order to solve the problem of power performance decline, firstly, based on the dynamic three parameters (speed, throttle opening, acceleration) shift schedule, the quality is made as the fourth control pa- rameter; then by using the MATLAB/Simulink software, a simulation model is built for automated mechanical trans- mission (AMT) vehicle power shift schedule; lastly, shift schedule of the simulation results is analyzed, the results show that the four parameters shift schedule vehicle's power performance is improved obviously, which demonstrates the rationality and superiority of innovative solution in this paper.
