摘 要:为实现对苯氯化反应精馏过程中转化率和浓度的双目标控制,设计了采用苯/氯进料比软测量的转化率、浓度双目标控制方案。在建立苯氯化反应精馏稳态模型的基础上,对控制回路进行设计(塔釜再沸器加热量调节塔釜氯化苯成分的直接浓度控制回路;利用苯氯进料比软侧量的转化率间接控制回路)。使用化工流程模拟软件ASPEN对控制系统进行仿真分析,验证进料比软测量模型的正确性及在进料和成分扰动下控制方案的动态性能。仿真结果表明,控制方案有可以有效抑制进料流量或成分扰动带来的进料苯转化率和产品氯化苯浓度变化。In order to meet the bi - objective control requirements of concentration and conversion for the distil- lation process of benzene chloride, a bi - objective control scheme based on benzene/chlorine feed ratio soft sensor model is proposed. Based on the steady - state model of the distillation process of benzene chloride, the dual control loops are designed ( The direct concentration control loop is used for reboiler to control the concentration of chlorinated benzene, and the indirect conversion control loop is used to control the feed flow ratio based on benzene/ chlorine feed ratio soft sensor model). Simulations are given through the chemical process simulation software ASPEN to verify the correctness of the proposed model and the dynamic performance of the control scheme. The simulation results show that the control structures can effectively inhibit the changes of concentration and conversion which are caused by feed rate and concentration disturbances.
