摘 要:从红树林根际土壤中分离纯化芽孢杆菌,通过生化特征分析筛选出10株疑似枯草芽孢杆菌,产酶能力检测发现8株菌同时具备产淀粉酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶能力,其中三株菌(JCHL-0209,JCHL-0207和LMJ-17)的产酶能力较高,尤其是JCHL-0207菌株的综合产酶能力最为显著,结合16s rRNA基因序列分析确定这三株菌均为枯草芽孢杆菌,这为进一步将其应用于生产实践提供了理论依据.The Bacillus strains which were separated and purificated from mangrove rhizosphere soil were measured by biochemical methods and enzyme producing ability analysis,and in eight strains were simultaneously detected the enzyme producing ability of amylase,cellulase and protease. In these multi- enzyme producing bacteria,three strains( JCHL- 0209,JCHL- 0207 and LMJ- 17) had high enzyme production capacity,whereas especially the enzyme production capacity of the strain( JCHL- 0207) was the most significant. According to the16 s rRNA gene sequence analysis,these strains( JCHL- 0209,JCHL- 0207 and LMJ- 17) are both determined as Bacillus subtilis,which is used as the basis of productive practice.
