基于区域特色的应用型本科院校中园艺专业人才培养模式探讨——以滨海旅游城市为例

摘　　要：应用型本科院校的人才培养定位具有符合区域经济发展的特点,本文从人才培养目标与原则、教学体系的构建、人才培养保障三个方面探讨适合滨海旅游城市中园艺专业的人才培养模式,提出适合滨海旅游城市的园艺专业应用型人才培养模式的教学改革思路.Application- oriented and talent- cultivating undergraduate colleges have the characteristic which conforms to regional economic development. Talent- cultivating mode suitable for horticultural major is discussed from three aspects,namely,the talent- cultivating goal and principle,teaching system and guarantee of talent cultivation. Moreover,suggestions on teaching reform of application- oriented and talent- cultivating mode which is appropriate for horticultural major in coastal tourist cities are put forward from the three aspects mentioned above.
