摘  要:目的:研究前列腺癌肿瘤组织恶性分子表达与血清PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2含量的相关性。方法:选择40例健康体检者作为对照组、40例前列腺癌且无转移病灶的患者作为病理组/无转移组、40例前列腺癌伴远处转移的患者作为病理组/转移组,检测血清中PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2含量及肿瘤组织中凋亡分子、增殖分子含量。结果:转移组和非转移组血清中PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2的含量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);转移组血清中PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2的含量高于非转移组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中YAP、SIRT1、CyclinD1、CtBP的mRNA含量高于癌旁正常组织且与血清PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2含量呈正相关;前列腺癌组织中Apaf-1、Caspase-9、Bax的mRNA含量低于癌旁正常组织且与血清PSA、XAGE-1b、Spondin-2含量呈负相关。结论:前列腺癌组织中增殖分子表达增多、凋亡分子表达减少,并且与血清中肿瘤标志分子的含量具有相关性。Objective:To study the expression of malignant molecules in prostate cancer tissue and its correlation with serum PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2contents.Methods:A total of 40 cases of healthy subjects were enrolled in control group,40 cases of prostate cancer patients without metastatic lesions were enrolled in pathology group/non-metastasis group,and 40 cases of prostate cancer patients with distant metastasis were enrolled in pathology group/metastasis group.Contents of PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2in serum as well as contents of apoptosis molecules and proliferation molecules in tumor tissue were detected.Results:Serum PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2contents of metastasis group and non-metastasis group were all significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05);serum PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2contents of metastasis group were significantly higher than those of non-metastasis group(P〈0.05);mRNA contents of YAP,SIRT1,CyclinD1 and CtBP in prostate cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissue and positively correlated with serum PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2contents(P〈0.05);mRNA contents of Apaf-1,Caspase-9and Bax in prostate cancertissue were significantly lower than those in adjacent normal tissue and negatively correlated with serum PSA,XAGE-1band Spondin-2contents(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Expression of proliferation molecules increases and expression of apoptosis molecules decreases in prostate cancer tissue;they are correlated with serum tumor marker contents.
