摘　　要：目的:研究斑蝥酸钠维生素B6联合PT方案对卵巢癌组织淋巴管生长因子的影响。方法:选择本院接诊的80例卵巢癌患者进行研究,随机分为实验组、对照组,每组各40例。对照组仅采用PT化疗方案进行治疗,实验组在采用PT化疗方案之外,再加用注射中药斑蝥酸钠维生素B6。再对患者的生活质量、病情情况、淋巴细胞比值、淋巴细胞分型变化、淋巴细胞总数以及不良反应方面分别记录进行分析。结果:实验组生活质量提高者例数明显高于对照组,而实验组生活质量降低者例数明显低于对照组,实验组病情情况提高者例数明显比对照组高,而实验组病情情况降低者例数明显比对照组低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后淋巴细胞各项指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗后淋巴细胞总数对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的各项生化指标及恶心、呕吐的发生率都要明显低于对照组的发生率。结论 :采用斑蝥酸钠维生素B6联合PT方案对卵巢癌组织进行治疗,能有效抑制淋巴管生长因子,可以明显提高治疗的效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To explore the effects of cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 combing with PT therapy on lymphatic growth factor in ovarian cancer tissues.Methods：A total of 80 patients with ovarian cancer who were admitted in our hospital were included in the study and randomized into the experiment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with PT program,while patients in the experiment group were given PT program in combined with cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 injection.The living qualities,disease status,lymphocytes counts,types and ratio as well as the adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results：Significant more patients in the experimental group showed improved life quality,while significant fewer patients showed worse life quality than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Higher ratio of patients in the experiment group showed improved disease status,but lower ratio of patients showed worse disease status than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Significant differences in lymphocytes counts and otherparameters were observed between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusions：Cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 in combined with PT program can effectively inhibit the lymphatic growth factor and significantly enhance the therapeutic effect;therefore,it is worthy of application in large scale.
