摘　　要：目的:分析斑螯酸钠维生素B6联合PC方案对卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法:选择本院接诊的126例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者,将其随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(63例),观察组采用斑螯酸钠维生素B6联合PC方案对患者进行治疗,对照组采用常规的化疗方式(PC方案)对患者进行治疗。对比两组疗效、住院时间、卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达以及患者不良反应等。结果:对照组治疗后的血清VEGF下降程度明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斑螯酸钠维生素B6联合PC方案对卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子影响明显,疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 in combined with PC program on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors（VEGF）in the ovarian cancer tissues.Methods：A total of 126 patients with ovarian cancer who were admitted in our hospital were included in the study and randomized into the observation group（n=63）and the control group（n=63）.The patients in the observation group were given cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 in combined with PC program,while the patients in the control group were treated with the conventional chemotherapy method（PC program）.The efficacy,hospitalization time,the expression of VEGF in the ovarian cancer tissues,and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The decreased degree of serum VEGF after treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significant lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 in combined with PC program has a significant effect on the expression of VEGF in the ovarian cancer tissues with a favorable efficacy;therefore,it is recommended to be applied in the clinic.
