齐拉西酮与利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨齐拉西酮与利培酮用于治疗男性精神分裂症对患者糖脂代谢及性激素水平的影响。方法:选取男性精神分裂症患者82例,按照就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各41例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,观察组给予齐拉西酮治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBC)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)以及血清睾酮、雌二醇、催乳素等水平的变化情况。结果:对照组患者治疗后TC、TG较治疗前明显升高,且显著高于观察组(均P<0.05),对照组FBG、HDL-C及LDL-C治疗前后比较无显著性差异(均P>0.05);对照组治疗后血清睾酮、雌二醇、催乳素等性激素水平均较治疗前明显升高,且显著高于观察组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗前后睾酮、雌二醇、催乳素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮对患者糖脂代谢及性激素水平的影响较小,依从性好,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To explore the effect of ziprasidone and risperidone on glucose-lipid metabolism and sex hormone levels in male patients with schizophrenia.Methods：A total of 82 male patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment by half.The control group were given risperidone treatment,the observation group were given ziprasidone treatment.The level of fasting glucose（FBC）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）and the changes in the levels of serum testosterone,estradiol,prolactin of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the levels of TC,TG with control group increased significantly compared with those before treatment,and significantly higher than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The levels of FBG,HDL-C and LDL-C with control group had no significant difference compared with those before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the levels of serum testosterone,estradiol,prolactin with control group increased significantly compared with those before treatment,and significantly higher than those inthe observation group（P〈0.05）.The levels of testosterone,estradiol,prolactin levels with observation group showed no significant difference before and after treatment with（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of ziprasidone on glucose-lipid metabolism and sex hormone levels is smaller.It is of less adverse reaction,good compliance,and has better clinical application value
