摘 要:美国是世界上高等教育最为发达的国家之一,其研究生教育体系被认为最完整、最规范且具有多样化、灵活性。我国研究生教育取得了长足发展,但研究生数量连续大幅度扩招也使研究生教育中存在的一些问题日益凸显。以美国威斯康星大学和浙江工业大学的物理专业研究生为例,从培养目标、培养过程以及培养评价等方面对两国的研究生培养模式进行了系统的分析和比较。As the most developed country in higher education in the world, the graduate education system of the US is considered to be the most complete, standard, diversified and flexible. The Chinese graduate education has made great progress. However, some problems are becoming increasingly prominent due to continuous large-scale expansion in the number of graduate students. This paper, taking the physics major in the University of Wisconsin and Zhejiang University of Technology as an example, systematically analy- zes and compares the cultivation mode of graduate students in Chinese and the US universities from the as- pects of cultivation objectives, cultivation process and cultivation evaluation, which hopefully provides a useful reference for the graduate education reform in China.
