摘  要:目的检测DNMT1在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤组织、卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测20例正常卵巢、25例良性卵巢肿瘤、40例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中DNMT1的表达情况,分析在各组卵巢组织中的表达及与卵巢恶性肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 DNMT1在正常及良性卵巢组织阳性表达率明显低于卵巢恶性肿瘤组(P<0.05),DNMT1表达随着卵巢恶性肿瘤的病理分化程度越低表达越高有关(P<0.05),与FIGO分期、组织类型、腹水、年龄、是否绝经无关(P>0.05)。结论 DNMT1在卵巢恶性肿瘤形成过程中可能存在表达升高,从而在卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生及发展中起重要作用。DNMT1可能通过甲基化途径导致抑癌基因转录无法进行,从而下调了抑癌基因的表达,从而诱发卵巢肿瘤形成。Objective To detect the expression of DNMT1 in normal ovarian, benign ovarian tumor, ovarian cancer tissue and explore its clinical significance. Methods 20 cases of normal ovarian, 25 patients with benign ovarian tumor, 40 cases of ovarian cancer tissue were analyzed to detect the expression of DNMT1 by immunohistochemistry. The relationships of DNMT1 expressions in each ovarian tissue and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results Positiye expression rate of DNMT1 in Normal and benign ovarian tissues was significantly higher than it in the ovarian cancer group(P0.05). The lower pathological differentiation of ovarian cancer, the higher DNMT1 expression, but it is unrelated with tissue types of ovarian cancer, ascites, age, whether menopause or not. Conclusion DNMT1 protein may be in ovarian cancer happening and development plays an important role. DNMT1 may result in tumor suppressor gene transcription by methylation pathway to, thus lowered the expression of tumor suppressor genes, thus cause ovarian tumor formation.
