软性角膜接触镜联合药物治疗角膜外伤后复发性角膜上皮糜烂9例分析

摘　　要：目的观察软性角膜接触镜联合药物治疗角膜外伤后复发性角膜上皮糜烂的临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析2011年9月至2013年6月在南昌大学第二附属医院眼科就诊9例9只眼角膜外伤后复发性角膜上皮糜烂病例的临床资料。结果所有病例均通过软性角膜接触镜配合药物治疗治愈，愈合时间3～20天，角膜未遗留瘢痕。结论角膜外伤后复发性角膜上皮糜烂可通过软性角膜接触镜配合药物治疗治愈，预后良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect on patients with recurrent corneal erosion who were treated at soft contact lens combined with drug. Methods Clinical data of 9 cases （9 eyes） with traumatic recurrent corneal erosion between September 2011 and June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results This group of cases through the treatment of soft corneal contact lens with drug took 3-20 days to heal without corneal scar. Conclusions Treatment of recurrent corneal erosion syndrome with the combination of soft contact lens and drug is effective, the prognosis is good.
