生血宝合剂治疗气血两虚型肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察生血宝合剂治疗气血两虚恶性肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应的临床疗效。方法 60例恶性肿瘤患者化疗结束次日服用生血宝合剂每次15 ml,每日3次,连服14天。服用生血宝合剂前后进行中医症状与体征评分、KPS评分、血液指标（包括血红蛋白、白细胞、粒细胞和血小板）检测,治疗后评价中医证候疗效。结果中医证候疗效显效16例,有效38例,无效6例,总有效率为90.00%。患者治疗后症状及体征总积分及形体消瘦、面色萎黄或苍白、头晕目眩、心悸、气短、少气懒言、失眠多梦评分低于治疗前（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。治疗后KPS评分较治疗前明显提高（P〈0.05）。治疗前患者血红蛋白Ⅱ~Ⅲ度,白细胞、粒细胞Ⅰ~Ⅱ度,血小板0~Ⅰ度,治疗后各项血液学指标均改善至0~Ⅰ度;与治疗前比较,血红蛋白、白细胞、粒细胞和血小板数目均有显著增加（P〈0.05）。结论生血宝合剂可以有效改善恶性肿瘤化疗后气血两虚证候。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengxuebao Mixture treating chemotherapy-induced side effects of cancer patients with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome. Methods Sixty cancer patients took Shengxuebao Mixture on the next day after the chemotherapy,15 ml each time,3 times a day,for 14 days. Detected scores of Chinese medicine symptoms,signs and Karnofsky Performance Status（ KPS） and blood indexes including hemoglobin,leukocyte,granulocyte and platelet before and after taking Shengxuebao Mixture. Evaluated the Chinese medicine syndrome effect after treatment. Results About Chinese medicine syndrome therapeutic effect,among 60 cases,16 cases were markedly effective,38 cases were effective,while 6 cases ineffective. Total effective rate was 90. 00%.Total scores of symptoms and signs and scores of marasmus,sallow or pale complexion,light-headedness,palpitation,shortness of breath,lack of Qi and laziness to speak,insomnia and dreamful sleep after treatment were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. KPS scores after treatment increased（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,patients＇ hemoglobin was 0 to Ⅰdegree,leukocyte and granulocyte Ⅰ to Ⅱdegree,platelet 0 to Ⅰdegree; after treatment,all blood indexes were improved to 0 to Ⅰdegree. Counts of hemoglobin,leukocyte,granulocyte and platelet increased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shengxuebao Mixture could effectively improve Qi and blood deficiency syndrome of cancer after chemotherapy.
