摘  要:目的探讨羟丁酸钠对缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤小鼠小肠功能的影响。方法将90只昆明种小鼠随机均分为三组:S组为假手术对照;其余两组采用肠系膜上动脉夹闭20min、再灌注1h建立肠I-R损伤模型。I-R组为模型对照,I-R+SO组于肠I-R损伤前30min腹腔注射羟丁酸钠50mg/kg预处理。术后用亚甲蓝灌胃法检测小肠蠕动功能,木糖灌胃法检测小肠吸收功能,ELISA法检测小肠黏膜IL-6含量。结果与I-R组相比,I-R+SO组亚甲蓝移动率升高(P<0.05),木糖吸收量和小肠黏膜中IL-6的含量降低(P<0.05)。结论羟丁酸钠对小鼠小肠I-R损伤有保护作用,且可下调IL-6的表达。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium oxybate(SO)on intestinal function in mice with intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(I-R)injury.Methods Ninety Kunming mice were equally and randomly divided into 3groups.Group S was taken as sham operation control.The I-R injury models of mice were established by superior mesenteric artery occlusion for 20 minutes and reperfusion for an hour in groups of I-R(model control)and I-R+SO(intraperitoneally injected SO 50mg/kg at30 minutes before intestinal I-R injury).The propelling rate of methylene blue and xylose absorption dose were used to evaluate the functions of intestinal peristalsis and absorption.The IL-6expression in small intestine after operation was detected by ELISA.Results Compared with group I-R,the propelling rate of methylene blue was increased,and xylose absorption dose and IL-6expression in small intestine were decreased in group I-R+SO(P〈0.05).Conclusion SO has a protective effect on small intestine with I-R injury and can down-regulate the expression of IL-6in small intestine of mice.
