短棒杆菌注射液在乳腺癌改良根治术后局部并发症防治中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨短棒杆菌注射液在改良性乳腺癌根治术后局部并发症的防治效果。方法选择2009年8月至2012年8月住院治疗的120例行单侧改良根治术的乳腺癌患者,随机分为两组,实验组60例,在手术创面应用短棒杆菌注射液,对照组60例未采用短棒杆菌注射液,观察两组患者术后引流量、皮瓣坏死率等指标,以确定短棒杆菌注射液在乳腺癌改良根治术后局部并发症防治方面的临床应用价值。结果实验组第1天、第3天和总引流量,以及皮瓣坏死率、皮下积液发生率、拔管时间、住院天数、皮下出血发生率、2年局部复发率,与对照组比较,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后创面应用短棒杆菌注射液对预防术后局部并发症的发生具有良好的效果,有利于术后创面的早期愈合,并降低局部复发率。Objective To investigate the injection rod bacilli in a modified radical mastectomy control effect of postoperative local complications. Methods 120 breast cancer patients who accepted routine unilateral modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group,60 cases in the routine application of modified radical mastectomy surgical wound rod bacilli injection,in the control group 60 cases were compared to observe both drainage volume,flap necrosis,and other indexes in order to determine the rod bacilli injection in breast cancer after modified radical clinical value of prevention and treatment of local complications. Results The experimental injection rod bacillus group on the first day,the third day and the total drainage volume,flap necrosis,the incidence of seroma,extubation time,length of stay,incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage,2-year local recurrence rate comparison of the control group did not use rod bacilli injection and were significantly lower than that of the control group,the test showed significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Con-clusion The results confirmed that breast cancer modified radical surgery wound use short rod coli injection for preventing postoperative local complications that has obvious effect,and early postoperative wound heal and re-duce local recurrence.
