黄连温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性胃炎并发失眠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性胃炎并发失眠的有效性与安全性。方法将我院2013年9月至2015年2月期间收治的152例慢性胃炎并发失眠患者平均分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用黄连温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用黄连温胆汤治疗。治疗8周后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)判定疗效,并借助血气分析进行安全性分析。结果研究组患者的PSQI评分降低程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01),睡眠质量明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组之间的p H、PO2、PCO2及不良反应的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性胃炎并发失眠的临床效果非常明显,不仅有助于消除患者的失眠症状,改善患者的睡眠质量,还具有良好的安全性。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and reliability of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with auricular- plaster therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis complicated with insomnia. Methods During September 2013 to February 2015,152 hospitalized chronic gastritis complicated with insomnia patients of our hospital were divided into research group and control group,patients in research group were cured with Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with auricular- plaster therapy,while those in control group were treated with solely Huanglian Wendan Decoction. After one week of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated with PSQI,at the same time,security analysis was carried out via blood gas analysis. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the PQSI score of research group was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 01）,sleep quality was markedly better than control group（ P〈0. 01）,there was no significantly difference in p H,PO2,PCO2 and adverse reaction between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with auricular- plaster therapy has significant curative effects in the treatment of chronic gastritis complicated with insomnia,this treatment plan has a series of merits such as effectively eliminate insomnia,improve sleep quality as well as have high security.
