人文关怀护理模式与传统护理方法对尿毒症患者心理状态的影响对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒症患者采用传统护理与人文关怀护理模式对其心理状态的影响。方法选取本院2013年3月至2015年3月收治的尿毒症患者152例,随机分为对照组与观察组各76例,对照组给予传统护理方式,观察组采用人文关怀护理模式,比较两组患者治疗依从性与心理状态,并行统计学处理分析。结果观察组患者护理后的临床依从率为96.1%,HAMA评分为(12.8±3.6)分,HAMD评分为(14.9±3.7)分,均显著好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对尿毒症患者采用人文关怀护理模式可明显提升其临床依从程度,并且对提高积极心理情绪具有重要作用,具有显著临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the influences of psychological states of uremic patients with humanistic nursing mode and conventional nursing method. Methods 152 cases of uremic patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,each group contained 76 cases. The control group were given conventional nursing method,and the observation group were given humanistic nursing mode. The treatment compliances and psychological states of these two groups were compared and given statistical treatment and analysis. Results The clinical compliance after the nursing in the observation group was 96. 1%,HAMA score（ 12. 8 ± 3. 6） points,HAMD score（ 14. 9 ± 3. 7） points,significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing mode for the uremic patients can significantly improve the clinical compliance,and play an importance role in the positive emotion improvement,with significant clinical application value.
