综合心理护理对神经内科患者心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的神经内科患者的心理状况要得到改善,必须进行综合的护理,而本文所要讨论的就是以音乐为核心的综合护理对神经内科患者心理状况的改善所起到的作用。方法采用回顾性的研究方法,收集了从2012年2月到8月在我院神经科接受治疗的138例患者的资料,并参考记录的所有患者进行为期四个月的治疗过程。这些患者的年龄都偏大,年龄最小的为50岁,最大的为78岁,而且都患有严重的疾病,其中脑血栓的患者有46例,脑梗死的患者有68例,蛛网膜下腔出血的患者有24例,对这些患者都建立了个人资料,对其在入院前以及出院时的心理状况都做了评估。在其住院期间,对其进行综合的心理护理,诸如对其进行集体的心理教育,加强身体功能的锻炼,用音乐治疗法以及实现自身护理方式等其进行治疗,对这些患者进行为期一个疗程的治疗,对其治疗前后的评估结果进行对比分析,通过自身对照得出一定的结果。并将其与国内的常模进行比较,国内常模视为对照组,我院进行综合心理护理的患者为对照组,从而得出结论。结果从我们的分析结果可以看出,神经科的患者在心理上明显存在焦虑的现象,而且与国内的常模进行比较,其结果明显具有差异性(P<0.01),而且其护理前与护理后的评估结果所显示的差异也非常的明显(P<0.01)。结论对存在神经问题的患者,我们对其心理的护理,应该采用科学的、综合的护理方法,这样对其心理状况的改善具有积极的作用。Objective Neurology patient＇s mental condition should be improved,the need for comprehensive care,and is to the music as the core of comprehensive care to be discussed in this paper the improvement of neuropsychological status of patients by medical role. Methods A retrospective study collected from February2012 to August neurology in our hospital treated 69 patients the information age of these patients are too large,the youngest was 50 years old,the largest 78 years old,and are suffering from serious diseases,Join the process recording all patients carrying out treating lasting for four months,including cerebral thrombosis patients,46 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,68 cases of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in 24 cases,these patients have established a profile of their psychological status before admission and at discharge assessment has been done during hospitalization renewed its comprehensive psychological care,such as its collective psychological education,exercise the body functions,with music therapy to treat them etc.,of these patients for a period of a course of treatment,comparative analysis of their findings before and after treatment,Certain results were obtained by self control. And compared with domestic norm,the domestic norm as the control group,the patients in our hospital were treated as the control group. Results From the results of our analysis can be seen in patients with neurological anxiety evident in the psychological phenomenon,and compared with the domestic norm,the results clearly have differences（ P〈0. 01）,but before its care and differences in assessments of care after the show is also very obvious（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The patients with neurological problems,we care of their mental,should adopt scientific and comprehensive methods,so have a very significant role in improving their psychological status.
