摘　　要：目的评估应激感受量表(PSS-10)中文版的信度和效度。方法方便选取抑郁症、强迫症及健康志愿者共272名进行PSS-10及贝克抑郁量表(BDI-Ⅱ)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)的测试,随机抽取30名患者2周后进行PSS-10的重测。结果 PSS-10中文版的Cronbachα系数为0.91,重测相关系数为0.69(P<0.05);探索性因子分析显示PSS-10可提取"负性感受"(6个条目)和"正性情感"(4个条目)共2个因子,验证性因子分析显示两因子模型拟合度良好(χ2=44.52,P<0.107)。PSS-10总分与BDI-Ⅱ、BAI评分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),3组样本PSS-10评分存在显著差异(F=107.6,P<0.01)。结论应激感受量表中文版具有良好的信度与效度,能够作为自评工具用来评估个体的应激感受水平。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale （PSS-10）. Methods A total of 272 participants, including patients with depression and obsession and healthy volunteers, were selected and tested by the Chinese version of PSS-10, Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ （BDI-Ⅱ）, and Beck Anxiety Inventory （BAI）. Thirty patients were randomly selected and retested by PSS-10 after 2 weeks. Results The overall Cronbach＇s alpha of the Chinese version of PSS-10 was 0.91 and the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0. 69 （P〈0.05）. The exploratory factor analysis （EFA） yielded two factors, i.e. the negative feelings （6 items） and positive feelings （4items）. The confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） indicated that the fitting of the two factor model was perfect （x^2 =44.52, P〈0. 107）. The total score of PSS-10 significantly and positively correlated with scores of both BDI-Ⅱ and BAI （P 〈0.01）. The differences of scores of PSS-10 of three groups were significant （F=107.6, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PSS-10 are good and can be used as a self rating tool to assess the level of perceived stress.
