摘 要:为了满足雷达装备对自动测试设备的通用化要求,文中采用混合总线技术,开发了基于PXI和VXI总线的自动测试系统,该系统利用连接器-适配器的接口设计方法实现测试接口的通用性设计,并采用面向信号的思想开发了自动测试系统软件平台。文中对雷达自动测试系统的设计思路和通用硬件平台、测试接口适配器及自动测试系统软件的设计方法进行了重点阐述。该系统可用于多种现役雷达装备的自动测试,克服了雷达装备维修测试中自动化程度低、设备复用率低和人员素质要求高的缺点。In order to meet the general test requirements of the radar equipment for automatic test equipment, we developed the auto- matic test system based on PXI and VXI bus by using mixed bus technology. This system used the design method of the connector-a- dapter interface to design the test interface, and the software platform for automatic test system is developed based on the method of signal oriented system. This paper introduced the design method of the radar automatic test system, and mainly explained the design method of the general hardware platform and the test interface adapter, and the software of the automatic test system was described. The system has ample test resources, compact structure and high automation degree , and can be used to test many kinds of active ra- dar equipments. The system conquered the shortcomings of low automation degree, low equipment reuse rate and high quality require- ments for the maintenance in the course of radar equipment maintenance, so this system would have a certain military significance.
