摘　　要：滚揉机是生产火腿肠系列肉制品的关键设备。该机在旋转过程中要求运行平稳、连续工作时间长。支撑锅体的滚轮轴承需要同时承受径向力和轴向力,因此,将原来使用的深沟球轴承更换为圆锥滚子轴承,延长了轴承的使用寿命,满足了该机的工作要求,并节约了维修资金。Rolling and kneading machine is the key equipment for production of meat products of ham sausage series.The machine needs to run smoothly and continuously for a long time in the rotating process.The rolling wheel bearings supporting pot body need to bear the radial force and the axial force at the same time,therefore,the original using deep groove ball bearings were replaced with tapered roller bearings so as to prolong the service life of the bearings,meet the working requirements of the machine,and save money for maintenance.
