摘　　要：依托"职业人才成长服务"创新理念及培养模式,对职业人才成长全过程各阶段的需求,进行职业教育的服务梳理和流程再造,确定实现培养模式落地支撑系统的业务功能,分析并设计职业人才培养模式的信息化支撑系统平台框架及六大核心业务系统,以实现该培养模式的具体应用,发挥教育信息化系统在高职教育改革中的支撑作用。This paper relies on the innovative idea and training mode ＂ The growth of professional talents service＂,the demand for professional talents in different stages of the growth process,analyzing the vocational education service and redesigning,formulating the business functions to realize cultivation model ground support system,analyzing and design professional personnel training mode of information support system platform framework and six core business system,in order to realize the specific application of the training mode,to play the supporting role of education informatization system in the reform of higher vocational education.
