胃癌组织中成纤维细胞生长因子19和成纤维细胞生长因子受体4的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究成纤维细胞生长因子19（FGF19）和成纤维细胞生长因子受体4（FGFR4）在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测该院2011～2014年50例胃癌术后病理标本中FGF19和FGFR4的表达。结果与癌旁正常胃组织比较,FGF19和FGFR4在胃癌组织中明显表达（P〈0.01）。胃癌组织中FGF19和FGFR4的表达与淋巴结转移以及病理分期呈正相关,并且胃癌组织中FGF19和FGFR4的表达也有显著相关性。结论 FGF19和FGFR4的表达强度与胃癌淋巴结转移以及病理分期密切相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的指标。【Objective】 To explore the expressions of fibroblast growth factor 19（FGF19） and fibroblast growth factor receptor 4（FGFR4） in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue and their relationship. 【Methods】Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the FGF19 and FGFR4 protein expressions in 50 postoperative pathological samples of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2014. 【Results】 The expressions of FGF19 and FGFR4 were higher in the gastric cancer than in the normal gastric tissue beside gastric cancer（P 〈0.01）. There were positive linear relationships between expressions of FGF19 and FGFR4 and both lymph node metastasis and pathological stage in gastric cancer. The expressions of FGF19 and FGFR4 were in a positive linear relationship in this disease.【Conclusions】 The expressions of FGF19 and FGFR4 are associated with lymphatic metastasis and pathological stage in gastric cancer, which suggests that their expressions may be the prognostic factors for gastric tumor.
