聚乙二醇干扰素与普通干扰素抗病毒治疗的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a对慢性乙型肝炎患者疗效观察。方法随机选取76例慢性乙型肝炎患者,分为聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a组(38例)和普通干扰素组(38例),分别接受96周治疗。观察治疗前后肝组织中乙肝病毒共价闭合环状DNA(HBV ccc DNA)检出率及含量、肝组织和血清HBV DNA水平以及肝功能。结果治疗96周,普通干扰素组和聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a组HBV ccc DNA检出率和含量、肝组织和血清HBV DNA水平、丙氨酸氨基转移酶,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶以及总胆红素的含量都明显降低(P<0.05),聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a组的降低量更为显著(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中ccc DNA的清除疗效显著优于普通干扰素。【Objective】 To explore the effect of Peginterferon alph-2a treatment on intrahepatic hepatitis B virus covalently closed circular DNA（ccc DNA）. 【Methods】 A total of 76 patients were randomly divided into control group treated with common interferon（38 patients） and Peginterferon alph-2a treatment group（38patients）. Both groups were treated for 96 weeks. The detection rate and content of intrahepatic hepatitis B virus（HBV） ccc DNA were tested, the level of HBV DNA in hepatic tissue and serum was measured and the hepatic functions were observed. 【Results】 After treatment for 96 weeks, the detection rate and the level of intrahepatic HBV ccc DNA, the level of HBV DNA in hepatic tissue and serum, ALT, AST and TBIL in serum were decreased significantly after therapy in both groups（P〈0.05）. Importantly, the above parameters had more obvious declines after therapy in the Peginterferon alph-2a treatment group compared to the control group（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusions】 The effect of Peginterferon alph-2a treatment on intrahepatic HBV ccc DNA is predominant compared to the effect of common interferon.
