安氏Ⅰ类Bolton指数不调错牙合者牙弓的长宽特征

摘　　要：目的分析安氏I类Bolton指数不调错牙合者牙弓的宽度、长度特征。方法从廊坊市3所大中专学校筛选祖籍河北且生长在河北的学生296例,其中正常牙合100例(N组)、Bolton指数偏大安氏I类错牙合100例(BL组)、Bolton指数偏小安氏I类错牙合96例(BS组),取模后分别测量上下颌模型牙弓前、中、后各段宽度(上、下颌双侧尖牙牙尖间的距离分别用UW1、LW1表示;上、下颌双侧第一前磨牙中央窝之间的距离分别用UW2、LW2表示;上、下颌双侧第一磨牙中央窝之间的距离分别用UW3、LW3表示)及牙弓总长度(上、下颌中切牙近中接触点到双侧第2磨牙远中邻接点的连线的垂直距离分别用UL、LL表示)。结果 1牙弓长宽存在性别差异,正常牙合多为男性>女性(P<0.05);但错牙合者性别差异减弱。2安氏I类Bolton指数不调错牙合者与正常牙合同性别比较存在部分牙弓段宽度狭窄或长度不足(P<0.05)。3安氏I类Bolton指数偏大组和偏小组牙弓长宽同性别比较,大多数无明显差异。结论临床正畸诊疗过程中需注意安氏I类Bolton指数不调引起牙弓长宽的变化及男女牙弓的长宽差异。【Objective】 To study the characteristics of dental arch length and width of Angle I malocclusions with Bolton index discrepancy（BID）. 【Methods】 A total of 296 students who were born and grew up in Hebei province were selected from three schools. Among them, 100 teenagers（50 male and 50 female） of normal occlusions were into the contrast group, 100 teenagers（50 male and 50 female） with larger BID and96 teenagers（47 male and 49 female） with smaller BID of Angle I malocclusion were into the experimental groups. After all the dental casts were taken, each segment of the dental arch width and length was measured in maxilla and mandible. 【Results】 1 The length and width of dental arch of the males were larger than those of the females for both normal and abnormal occlusion in most of the cases（ P〈0.05）. But the difference between genders was smaller for abnormal occlusion. 2 The width or length of dental arch was inadequate in some parts of maxilla and mandible for BID Angle I malocclusion persons of the same gender（P〈0.05）. 3 There was no statistical difference in the length or width of most parts of dental arch between the larger BID and smaller BID groups of the same gender. 【Conclusions】 In the orthodontic treatment the dentists should pay attention to the changes of length and width of dental arch caused by Bolton index discrepancy. Dentists should take notice of the differences of length and width of dental arch between male and female.
