激光与护牙素处理对无托槽隐形矫治患者牙周健康影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治患者矫治过程中应用激光与护牙素处理对其牙周健康的影响。方法选取2013年2月至2014年10月在常州市第一人民医院口腔科进行无托槽隐形矫治的青少年患者60例。所有患者随机分为3组:试验A组(20例),每次复诊时用Nd∶YAG激光照射牙龈;试验B组(20例),每次复诊时给予GC护牙素处理牙面和牙周;对照组(20例),每次复诊时医生不对患者牙面及牙周进行特别处理。常规向各组患者和家长详细讲解有关口腔卫生知识和指导正确刷牙方法。检测3组患者治疗前和戴用矫治器6个月后的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD),并进行比较。分析两种不同处理方法对患者牙周健康状况的影响。结果治疗前,3组各项牙周指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);戴矫治器6个月后,两试验组各项牙周指标均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两试验组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长时间无托槽隐形矫治过程中,配合使用激光照射牙龈或GC护牙素护理牙面和牙周,均有利于患者口腔卫生状况的维护,两者之间效果无明显差别。良好的牙周健康仍需要依赖患者自身在矫治过程中采取有效的口腔保健措施。ObjectiveTo analyse the effect of laser oral therapy and GC tooth mousse on periodontal health of patients with bracketless invisible appliance.MethodsSixty cases who came to the Department of Stomatology of Changzhou First People＇s Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were randomly selected. The age range for the pre-treatment was 12 to 17 years. Sixty patients were divided into 3 groups according to the different ways：laser oral therapy in group A,GC tooth mousse with invisible aligners in group B and no special measures in group C. Periodontal indexes,including gingival index（GI）,plaque index（PLI）,sulcus probing depth（PD）,were examined in three groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment by the same periodontal specialist. Then,compare and analyse the impacts of two methods on the periodontal health of the patients.ResultsThere was obvious effect on periodontal health in the two treatment groups to be treated in two different ways. There was no significant difference between group A and group B during the orthodontic treatment.ConclusionDuring the long invisible bracketless treatment,both laser oral therapy and GC tooth mousse have obvious influence on the patient＇s periodontal health,which still depends on patient＇s attention of oral hygiene.
