摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种恶性程度高、病情进展快、预后极差的消化系统恶性肿瘤。近年来，其发病率明显增高。随着人们生活水平的提高以及生活方式、饮食结构的不断变化，糖尿病的发病率也呈现逐年上升趋势。越来越多的研究表明，糖尿病与胰腺癌的发生关系密切，并可能是胰腺癌发生的独立危险因素。本文就糖尿病和胰腺癌关系的研究进展做一综述。Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant, fast progressive and bad prognostic digestive system neoplasm and the incidence has increased significantly in recent years. With the improvement of people＇s living standard and changes of lifes- tyle and diet, diabetes also shows an arising trend. More and more studies have shown that diabetes is closely associated with the occurrence of pancreatic cancer and may be an independent risk factor for pancreatic cancer. This article reviews the re- search progress on the relationship between diabetes and pancre- atic cancer.
