摘 要:为了提高钻孔效率,降低工人劳动强度,研制了煤矿用自动换杆液压钻车。阐述了煤矿用自动换杆液压钻车的整体方案、工作原理和主要部件的设计思路。该煤矿用液压钻车采用全液压驱动、履带式,配有自动换杆装置,结构紧凑,能够在狭小的巷道内通行,具有较好的井下施工性能。In order to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the intensity of labor work, Automatic switch lever hydraulic drill rig for coal mine has been developed. The paper describes the overall scheme and working principle of automatic switch lever hydraulic drill rig for coal mine as well as the design of its main components. The hydraulic drill rig for coal mine adopts full hydraulic pressure drives, caterpillar, has automatic switch lever device, compact structure, can freely passage in narrow lane, and has a better performance of mine construction.
