眼外伤继发青光眼不同手术治疗方式效果比较

摘　　要：目的：比较不同手术方式治疗眼外伤继发青光眼的临床疗效。方法2012年3月至2014年3月于我院就诊的眼外伤继发青光眼88例（88眼）,按照完全抽样法分为A、B两组,每组各44例（44眼）。 A组采用激光周边虹膜切除术治疗,B组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察两组手术前后眼压和视力。结果 B组术后眼压处于正常范围者31例（70.5%）多于 A 组的21例（47.7%）（χ2=4.70,P=0.03）；B 组裸眼视力≥0.3者有33例（75.0%）多于 A 组22例（50.0%）（χ2=12.96,P=0.01）。结论小梁切除术治疗眼外伤继发性青光眼优于激光周边虹膜切除术。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between different surgical methods for the treatment of traumatic secondary glaucoma. Methods According to the complete sampling method, 88 eyes of 88 cases of tramatic secondary glaucoma were selected from Mar. 2012 to Mar. 2014 in our hospital. They were divided into group A and group B with 44 cases in each group. Patients in group A received laser peripheral iridectomy, and patients in group B received trabeculectomy. The intraocular pressure and visual acuity in the two groups before and after surgeries were observed. Results The intraocular pressure was normal in 31 （70. 5%） patients in group B, it was in 21 （47. 7%） patients in group A, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =4. 70,P=0. 03）. The uncorrected visual acuity was≥0. 3 in 33 patients （75. 0%） in group B, and in 22 patients （50. 0%） in group A, the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =12. 96, P =0. 01）. Conclusion Trabeculectomy is better than laser peripheral iridectomy for the treatment of traumatic glaucoma.
