摘 要:针对某内燃叉车进气系统噪声问题,对该进气系统消声性能进行了设计与研究,对阻性消声器、扩张式消声器和赫姆霍兹共振消声器的设计计算方法进行了归纳,通过对进气消声器、空气滤清器和进气接管的改进设计,提出了内燃叉车进气系统的整体改进设计方案,利用声学有限元方法对进气系统进行了仿真分析,并通过进气系统进气口噪声测试的方法对改进设计方案进行了评价和验证。仿真分析和噪声试验的结果表明,改进后进气系统的消声性能在总体上得到了显著提高,在发动机怠速和最高速两种工况下的消声性能有2 d B^3 d B的提高,在重点频段上的提高量可以达到4 d B^6 d B。Aiming at improving the noise eliminating performance of one internal combustion forklift air intake system,the noise eliminating performance of it was investigated. After the analysis of design and calculation methods of dissipative muffler,expanded-muffler and Helmholtz resonant muffler,an improving design scheme of this intake system was provided,including the design of intake muffler,air cleaner and intake piping. And it was evaluated and verified by the acoustic finite element simulation and intake system noise test. The simulation and experimental results indicate that the noise eliminating performance of internal combustion forklift air intake system improved is apparently better. In engine idle speed condition and max speed condition the noise eliminating performance of the improved air intake system is increased by 2 d B ~ 3 d B and 4 d B ~ 6 d B increments are reach at some key frequency bands.
