摘 要:通过加热回流β-环糊精和油胺的方法一步合成荧光碳点溶液(FCDs),所得的FCDs具有较好的波长依赖性和水溶解性.在紫外光照射下,FCDs发出深蓝色光.通过荧光分光光度法分析FCDs与不同金属离子相互作用发现:低浓度金属离子对FCDs的荧光强度作用不大,而Fe3+猝灭作用较强.这同时也说明了FCDs可以作为荧光探针来定量检测Fe3+,检测范围为0~5×10-6Mol·L-1.通过模拟废水对Fe3+进行加标回收检测,回收率为97.8%,相对标准偏差为1.5%,该荧光探针表现出强的抗干扰性和良好的实践应用可行性.Fluorescent carbon dots(FCDs) solution were efficiently synthesized by one-step oleylamine-assisted reflux method from β-cyclodextrin. The obtained FCDs exhibit excellent water-solubility and high wavelength dependence. Under the UV irradiation, the FCDs solution could emit navy blue photoluminescence.When the FCDs solution was added low concentration of metal ions which was analysis by fluorescence spectrophotometer we could found that Fe3 +quenching the fluorescence intensity while other metal ions have little effect on the fluorescence intensity. It was further demonstrated that such FCDs solution can serve as effective fluorescent probe platform for Fe3+ions detection,the range is from 0 to 5×10^-6Mol·L-1.Fe^3+were spiked recovery detector by the experiment that used model wastewater,Recovery rate was 97.8%,RSD was 1.5%.That is to say this FCDs solution sensing sytem for Fe3 +detection exhibit strong anti-interference, showing good practical feasibility.
