读《伤寒论》探究雷诺综合征的病机

摘　　要：雷诺综合征是由于寒冷或情绪激动等因素作用引起的发作性的手指(足趾)苍白、发紫然后变为潮红为临床特点的一组综合征。雷诺综合征中医称为"手足逆冷""手足厥逆""手足寒"等,在中医四大经典之一的《伤寒论》中有特别详细的论述。此病病因病机复杂,中西医治疗都比较困难,《伤寒论》将此病归纳于阴证的范畴。文章为在熟读《伤寒论》的基础上并在导师何永生主任的指导下对此病病机做出的探究,旨在对此病的治疗提供一定的思路。Renault＇s syndrome is a group of syndromes of pale or purple fingers（ toes） caused by cold or emotional factors and then into a hot flashes. Traditional Chinese medicine called Renault＇ s syndrome hands and feet inverse cold,hands and feet coldness and cold hands and fee. In Treatise on Febrile Disease,one of the four great classics of traditional Chinese medicine,this syndrome has been recorded in detail. The pathogenesis of the disease is complex,and the treatments of Chinese and western medicine are difficult. The disease can be found in Yin syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Disease. In reading up the basis of Treatise on Febrile Disease and under the guidance of tutor HE Yongsheng,the author wanted to explore the pathogenesis of this disease,aiming at providing a train of thought to the treatment of the disease.
