摘　　要：目的:研究癫痫清颗粒对海人藻酸(KA)致痫大鼠海马内肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)表达的影响。方法:大鼠海马CA1区注射KA建立KA癫痫大鼠模型。观察癫痫清颗粒对KA癫痫大鼠模型行为学的影响;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组大鼠海马内TNF-α及IL-4蛋白的表达。结果:癫痫清颗粒可延长癫痫大鼠发作潜伏期,降低其癫痫最大发作分级;可抑制由癫痫发作引起的大鼠海马内TNF-α及IL-4蛋白表达下降。结论:癫痫清颗粒可延长KA致痫大鼠的癫痫发作潜伏期,并降低发作分级,同时具有增加海马内TNF-α及IL-4蛋白表达的作用。Objective： To study the effect of Dianxianqing Particles on TNF- α and IL- 4 of hippocampus in rats induced by kainic acid（ KA）. Methods： We studied the effect of Dianxianqing on the behavior impairments in rats induced by hippocampus injection of the KA. TNF- α and IL- 4 protein expressions in the hippocampus were measured by ELISA. Results： Compared with model group,Dianxianqing significantly increased the incubation,decreased the largest seizures classification and increased the TNF- α and IL- 4 production. Conclusion： Dianxianqing has the effect of increasing the incubation and decreasing the largest seizures classification improving in rats induced by hippocampus injection of KA and increasing the IL- 4 and TNF- α production.
