摘  要:针对船用便携式切割机在极限位置切割坡口过程中精度不足的问题,基于运动学模型,建立包含各参数误差的割枪末端位姿线性误差模型。应用MATLAB对误差模型进行仿真,得到线性误差图。通过对同一图像中误差分量变化斜率的比较,以及不同图像间的对比分析可以得出:各个参数误差的变化对割枪末端位姿误差分量变化的影响程度不同,并且存在对末端某个误差分量没有影响的参数。进而可以从中筛选出对末端角度误差(即坡口角度误差)有影响的参数误差,得到其中对末端角度误差的影响最大的参数误差。最终得出需要在加工和安装过程中着重减小的参数误差,进而最大程度提高该切割机的坡口切割精度。In order to solve the problem of low precision in the groove cutting by a marine portable flame cutting ma-chine, this paper establishes the linear error model of the pose of burning torch at the end, including all parametererrors based on kinematics model. MATLAB is applied to simulate the linear error model, so as to obtain linear er-ror graphs. According to the comparison of error slopes of the same graph and the comparative analysis of variousgraphs, it can be concluded that the changes of various parameter errors lead to different influence degrees of theburning torch' s end pose error component. And there exist parameters that have no effect on some error componentof end. Therefore, the parameter error with further influence on the end angle error ( angle error of groove) can beselected. The parameter that has the biggest impact on the end angle error is gotten.The thesis finally shows that ad-justing those parameters while processing and installingcan maximally improve the cutting precision.
