摘  要:提出了一种压电叠堆非共振V形直线超声波电动机。电机工作在非共振状态下,在两路相位差90°的同频率正弦信号激励下,驱动头产生椭圆轨迹。电机定子采用了压电叠堆,实验表明电机在较宽的激励信号频率范围内平稳运行,电机速度与激励频率近似成线性关系。测试可知电机在电压峰峰值5 V、激励频率96.7 Hz时,最大运行速度达到25.78 mm/s,最大输出推力为2.14 N。A V- shaped linear ultrasonic motor with piezoelectric stacks on non- resonant vibration was proposed. The motor works on the condition of non- resonant vibration and the elliptic track motion of the driving tip was formed under two sine wave signals with the same frequency and 90° phase difference. The piezoelectric stacks were used in the stator of the motor,so the motor can operate steadily in a wider exciting signal frequency range and the velocity of the motor was approximately linear to the exciting signal frequency. The test results indicate that at the peak value of the driving voltage of 5 V and the exciting signal frequency of 96. 7 Hz,the no- load maximum speed is 25. 78 mm / s,the maximum output force is 2. 14 N.
