摘 要:对中空环形行波超声波电动机定转子的赫兹接触模型进行了研究。首先,基于赫兹接触理论,分析了在法向预压力作用下定转子间的周向接触长度以及接触区内的赫兹接触压力的分布情况;接着,分析定子接触面质点和转子间的相对运动,结合接触压力分布情况,得到转子的输出转矩;最后,比较了不同运行状况下电机的输出特性,并将电机正常工作时的转矩-转速特性的理论分析结果与实验测试结果进行比较,二者基本吻合,验证了所提出的理论模型。The focus of this paper is to study the Hertz contact model for a hollow ring type traveling wave ultrasonic motor. Firstly,the contact length between the stator and the rotor in the circumferential direction and the Hertz contact pressure distribution within the contact area when the normal preload force was applied were analyzed based on the Hertz contact theory. Afterwards,the relative movement between the surface particles of the stator and the rotor was investigated and combined with the contact pressure distribution,from which the output torque of the rotor was derived. Finally,the output characteristics of the motor under different conditions were compared and good agreement between the analytical result and the experimental result of the torque- speed characteristic of the motor under normal working state was obtained,which verified the proposed model.
