摘  要:采用了PF6-2非色散原子荧光光度计测定鸭蛋中的硒。通过对消解液的选择、还原剂的选择、介质酸的筛选等优化了试验条件,并测定其检出限、精密度、加标回收率等。结果表明,硒在0~8μg·L^-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 42,检出限为0.01μg·L^-1。在不同的添加水平下,鸭蛋的回收率为83%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.80%。该方法具有成本低、操作简单、灵敏度高等特点,对蛋制品中硒的测定具有一定参考意义。PF6-2 non-chromatic dispersion atomic fluorescence photometer was used for determination of trace selenium in duck eggs. Through the choice of the clearing up solution, pre-reducing agent, medium acid, the test conditions are optimized, and on this base, the limits of detection, precision and the standard addition recovery are determined. The results show that the calibration curves were linear in the range from 0 to 8 μg·L^-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.999 42, and the limits of detection were 0.01 μg·L^-1. At the different adding levels for selenium, the recoveries of dark eggs were 83%~100% and the relative standard deviation was 3.80%. This method is of the characteristics of low cost, simple operation and high sensitivity, and has important referential significance for the determination of selenium in eggs.
