摘　　要：职业生涯规划课程的普及对大学生科学、有效地就业具有战略意义。本文从职业生涯规划课程设计的角度入手,分析了职业生涯规划课程设计中存在的问题,提出了基于项目管理技术的职业生涯规划课程设计的总体构想,并详细描述了课程设计的方案,以期为完善大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导机制奠定基础。The popularization of career planning curriculum has strategic significance for college students scientific and effective employment. From the perspective of career planning curriculum design, it is analyzed the problems in the curriculum design of career planning, and the overall conception of the curriculum design of the career planning was proposed based on the project management technology. Meanwhile, the program of the course design was described in detail in order to lay the foundation for improving the college students＇ career planning and employment guidance mechanism.
