摘　　要：文章认为,我国在校大学生以及对外语有需求者应进行统一社会化等级考试,注重综合能力和语言交际能力的考察,取消四、六级和专四、专八及各种行业、职称外语考试,使外语能力评估社会化、统一化、国际化和人性化。It is put forward that college students and those who need foreign language certificate in career should take the national rank foreign language test rather than separated test by fields, and the historical CET and TEM tests in China should be cancelled. Furthermore, the test scope should cover overall abilities and language communicative competences and the language assessment should be made socialized, unified, internationalized and humanized.
