两种排班模式对护士工作压力影响的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探索排班模式,合理配置使用护士,解决护理工作现状中的瓶颈问题,为改进护理管理和调整病房护理人力资源政策奠定基础。方法:采用访谈与问卷调查的方式,选择兵团医院重症医学科及新疆医科大学一附院重症医学科已开展连续性排班模式的两个科室约100名护士作为研究对象。评价连续性排班的政策模型对护士满意度和护士工作压力的影响。结果:护士对连续性排班的政策模型满意度高于传统排班模式,护士在连续性排班模式中工作压力是减小的。结论:通过对比研究,作为新生事物的连续性排班模式远远优于传统排班模式,是一种值得推广的新型管理模式。Objective： Configuration using the nurse scheduling pattern,solve the bottleneck problems in nursing work,in order to further improve the nursing management and adjust the ward nursing human resource policy foundation.Method： With the method of interview and questionnaire survey,choose corps Yi Fu Yuan ICU hospital ICU and Xing Jiang medical university continuity scheduling model of two departments have begun about100 nurses as the research object.Evaluation of continuity and scheduling policy pattern impact on nurses satisfaction and nurses work pressure.Results： The nurse of continue and scheduling policy pattern satisfaction higher than that of traditional scheduling pattern,The nurse work pressure in continuous scheduling pattern is smaller.Conclusion：Through the comparative study,as a new thing the continuity of the scheduling pattern is much better than the traditional scheduling pattern,is a kind of new management mode to be promoted.
