审查逮捕阶段引入心理疏导的价值及完善

摘　　要：心理咨询在当今社会已经得到公众的认可,但将心理咨询引入刑事案件办理中,对涉案的当事人进行心理疏导还处于摸索阶段。通过工作实践,心理疏导在审查逮捕阶段的社会价值得到了充分体现,但因没有相关的法律法规来规范,其不足之处也逐渐地暴露出来。文章认为,应当多方联手,对症下药;内外互动,打亲情牌等,最后还应组建一支心理疏导的工作队伍。Psychological consultation has received public recognition in today＇s society,but to introduce psychological consultation into handling criminal cases and to carry out psychological counseling for the parties involved in the case are still in the exploratory stage. Through working practices,the social value of psychological counseling has been fully reflected during examination and arrest,but its deficiencies are gradually exposed without the regulation of relevant laws. The article points out that we should cooperate jointly,find specific ways to solve problems,carry out internal and external interaction,play family cards,and set up a psychological counseling team.
