ING4与VEGF在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究ING4与VEGF在卵巢癌中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测104例卵巢组织中ING4与VEGF的表达情况,并用CD43标记血管内皮计数MVD。结果:ING4蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中表达呈阶梯性降低,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),VEGF蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中表达呈阶梯形增高,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ING4的表达随着FIGO分期升高和病理分级的降低表达减弱,各组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。VEGF的表达随着FIGO分期升高和病理分级的降低表达增强,各组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。ING4和VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.29,P<0.05)。ING4表达阴性者MVD高于ING4阳性者(P<0.01),VEGF表达阳性者MVD高于VEGF阴性者(P<0.05)。联合分析表明ING4阴性VEGF阳性组预后比其它蛋白表达组明显较差(P<0.05)。结论:ING4和VEGF表达与卵巢癌的发生发展和血管生成、转移、预后密切相关。Objective： Researching the expression of ING4 and VEGF in ovarian tumors,and its relationship with ovarian cancer occurrence and development. Methods： Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression between ING4 and VEGF in 104 cases of ovarian tissue. CD34 was used as a marker of vascular endothelial cell to amount MVD. Results： The ING4 protein expression in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer,ovarian tissue reduced. The differences between these three groups have statistical significance（ P 0. 01）. The VEGF protein expression in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer,ovarian tissue increased. The differences between these three groups have statistical significance（ P 0. 01）. With the increasing of FIGO stage and the decrease of histopathological grade,the expression of ING4 abated,there were significant differences between them（ P 0. 01）. Otherwise,the expression of VEGF increased with the increasing of FIGO stage and the decrease of histopathological grade,there were significant differences between them（ P 0. 05）. The expression of ING4 and VEGF in ovarian was negatively correlated（ r =-0. 29,P 0. 05）. The expression of MVD in ING4 negative group is higher than the ING4 positive group（ P 0. 01）. The expression of MVD in VEGF positive group is higher than the VEGF negative group（ P 0. 05）. The group of ING4 negative and VEGF positive had significantly poorer prognosis compared with other protein expression group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The expression of ING4 and VEGF was closely related to the development and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
