摘　　要：目的：探讨能谱CT对透明细胞肾癌Fuhrman分级的应用价值。方法回顾性分析44例2～4级透明细胞肾癌的能谱CT表现特征，并与病理结果相对照，统计分析不同分级之间的差异。结果皮质期标准碘浓度及脂浓度、静脉有无瘤栓、40～100 keV时皮质期单能量平均值对透明细胞肾癌的各分级差别具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论能谱CT在区分不同分级的透明细胞肾癌中有很好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT spectral imaging on Fuhrman grade in clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Methods The characteristics of CT spectral imaging in 44 cases with grade 2-4 clear cell renal cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the pathological findings. The statistical differences a-mong the different grades were statistically analyzed. Results There were statistically differences in the standard io-dine concentration and lipid concentration, presence of tumor thrombus, 40-100 keV single mean energy value at cor-tical phase at cortex among different grades of clear cell renal cell carcinoma （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT spectral imaging has good clinical value in distinguishing different grades of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
